Returns & Refunds
Any unwanted products can be returned to us within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund aslong as it remains in its original unopened packaging. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on consumable products that have no indication of it being opened for hygeine and safety concerns.

If you find that a product you have ordered arrives damaged due to transit or other means, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products in order for us to start the refund process. Please keep in mind, we can only process refunds on products that have been damaged due to no fault of your own.

If a product is simply unwanted you will be liable to pay shipping fees, if a product is faulty or damaged out of your contact we will refund all shipping costs back to you once the investigation is completed.
Refunds are dependent upon inspection of the items received and based on the reason for return.
If the returns process has been successful, we will refund you to the original method of payment within 24 hours and this should be completely processed within 3 working days.
